Conditions We Treat

You may not know where
to turn. We do.

Reconstructive urology is a highly specialized field. Many patients arrive after years of misdiagnosis, incomplete treatment, or the lasting effects of cancer therapy. Dr. Wiegand's practice is built around exactly these complex, often under-served cases.

"I do not rush to surgery. I take the patient's entire situation into account before providing any treatment advice."
— Dr. Lucas Wiegand

How We Work

A thorough, patient-first approach

Every patient receives a comprehensive evaluation before any treatment decision is made.

01
Full Evaluation First
Every patient undergoes a complete clinical evaluation including imaging, urodynamics where appropriate, and a thorough review of prior records. Surgery is never the default.
02
Conservative Options Explored
Dr. Wiegand considers all non-surgical and minimally-invasive approaches before recommending any procedure. The right treatment fits the patient's life, not just the diagnosis.
03
Advanced Surgical Expertise
When surgery is the right choice, Dr. Wiegand offers laparoscopic, robotic (da Vinci Xi & SP), endoscopic, and open surgical options — with extensive experience in complex reconstructive cases.
